Using our platform, a consumer can request for quotes for insurance ("Service Request") from Service Providers. Consumers must provide the required information to submit a valid Service Request. All Service Requests posted through the Website must be lawful and not in violation of any local, state, or federal law. After submission of a Service Request, InsuranceXR will match you with Service Providers that match the services requested. InsuranceXR does not and cannot guarantee that there will be Service Providers who are capable of or willing to complete the requested services at the time and place requested or that the Consumer will receive Quotes from Service Provider(s).
By registering with InsuranceXR, Service Providers agree that they are duly licensed (if applicable) and have the qualifications, experience, and ability to provide quotes. We also provide a list of Service Providers from third party sources in our platform. We are not liable if the Service Providers from third party sources are unqualified or unable to provide service.
InsuranceXR does not verify all information provided by Service Providers and expressly disclaims any guarantees or warranties from them. Consumers should conduct their own investigation of Service Providers, including, but not limited to, whether service providers are appropriately licensed for the requested services and the profile is authentic or not.
InsuranceXR does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular Service Provider. It is entirely up to the Consumer to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a Service Provider.
InsuranceXR will not work to resolve any disputes between Consumers and Service Providers (collectively "Users") and is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of Users. you are solely responsible for your interactions with service providers.
In exchange for the privilege of accessing the website, you expressly agree to release insurancexr (and its officers, directors, affiliates, parent companies, employees, and agents) from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with one or more service providers. If you are a California resident, you waive California civil code section 1542, which says: "a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
InsuranceXR acts as a portal to facilitate insurance agents, insurance companies, and other similar parties (“Provider”) to offer insurance and other products for sale and to sell to consumers who have applied through InsuranceXR to receive insurance or other authorized quotes from a Provider.
Our service allows you to compare insurance(auto, health, SR22) provided by the parties. Our service is free for you to use. We may receive commission and fees from Providers. The service provided by InsuranceXR is only available to the residents of the United States, and insurance offered by insurance companies may not be available in all states. You may not accept these Terms or use this service if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with InsuranceXR. You must not access InsuranceXR or accept these Terms if you are a person who is either barred or otherwise legally prohibited from receiving or using the service under the laws of the state in which you reside or from which you access or use InsuranceXR.
InsuranceXR is not an insurer. Any insurance offered to you is provided to you by the party listing the insurance policy, and not InsuranceXR. The terms and conditions of any insurance product offered to you are provided by the Providers based on their underwriting and may vary based on a number of factors solely as determined by the insurers. We don’t provide advice or endorse insurance products or Providers that appear on our website or other communication channels. As a result, it is your sole discretion whether to take out a policy based on a quote you get through our service and to make sure the policy that is of interest to you meets your specific needs.
Actual availability and pricing are determined by the Providers after you complete an application over the phone. The accuracy of your information, the information further obtained by the Providers, and your answers to additional questions on the website, email, or on the phone may impact the pricing and availability of the policies.
InsuranceXR does not provide an application for insurance. We are providing you with an interface to connect you to a number of potential Providers. Any incorrect information entered by you may result in incorrect insurance quotes and/or may make a policy invalid, within the sole discretion of the insurer. We will pass the information we collect to third parties in order to provide our services.
